Transcutan is a Swedish medtech company developing the next generation of access solutions, designed to improve both medical care and quality of life. Founded as a spin-off from research at Uppsala University Hospital and Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, the intracorporal access ports offer less complications, less visible tubing, and less hospital visits for patients.
The logotype illustrates the promise of seamless integration by removing part of the initial letter, creating a unique word mark that hints at the universal symbol for medical care.
The patented T-Port™ product was launched in 2014. To pave the way for future innovations in the portfolio, the packaging concept was refreshed to highlight the brand, create a clear product hierarchy and communicate with different users. From medical professionals to hospital administrators and decision makers, all the way from point of purchase to the operating table. Acting as a hub for all external marketing, a new web site was launched along with the packaging concept.
